Innovations in Coastline Management With Natural and Nature-Based Features (NNBF): WRMP affiliates co-author featured paper

Read the article that three WRMP affiliates, Donna Ball (Technical Advisory Committee Co-Chair), Dave Halsing (Steering Committee member), and Heidi Nutters (Program Manager) contributed to as co-authors. This review paper looks at three coastal resilience projects that incorporate NNBF to provide multiple benefits, including increasing the resiliency of coastal communities to flooding. The South Bay Salt Ponds Restoration Project and the WRMP were included as one of the case studies to demonstrate the importance of stakeholder engagement and monitoring for future coastal resilience projects.
